Darren, who co-founded Start in 1996, works closely with Mike Curtis to convert brand strategies into creative executions. He has overall responsibility for all creative work, including managing and directing the senior creative heads.
Darren's key strength is his depth of experience in brand creation - nearly two decades of working with some of the world's leading brands, including Virgin, Hertz, Royal Mail, Cisco and BBC. He has a fearless approach to ideas: "Think big. Think different. Deliver in style. Don't ignore the detail. And most importantly, have fun." He expects all those around him to do the same.
