During a typical project, Julian helps to define objectives, develop business and functional requirements, create and evolve concepts and liaise with clients.
That's the easy bit. He also leads a team of maverick digital media design specialists, urging them to ever greater levels of precision and heights of creativity.
Trained at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Julian was formerly creative director at iXL and led the interactive side of the legendary US agency, Doyle Dane Bernbach.
He is determined to make his individual mark, and in so doing help his clients and colleagues make theirs. Julian currently spends an increasing proportion of his time at awards ceremonies collecting gongs.
