Start are responsible for the creative work behind Virgin Atlantic's twin loyalty programmes, flying club and flyingco, and their respective communications, I-FLY and comail.
 
Flying with Virgin Atlantic is an emotional as well as a rational choice. Start helps to position flying club at the heart of the airline by establishing a relationship with customers. We also create the aspiration for them to move up through the membership tiers, from red to silver to gold. The main communication vehicle is I-FLY, which keeps members in touch with the latest news, schedules and special offers, and can be viewed online or in print. In a recent customer survey, over 70% of recipients said that I-FLY adds value to their membership. Flyingco and comail work in a similar way for corporate customers.
