In 2002 Start developed an online brand strategy for UK outsourcing company Interserve that formed the basis for the restructuring of their corporate communications
Interserve came to Start when it needed an integrated online brand strategy to express the group values of its five constituent business units. We created a flexible navigation system that clearly differentiated between the common group elements and the diverse content areas specific to each business unit. We also created a cohesive 'look and feel' that was scalable enough to respond to future business growth. Interserve subsequently rolled out the brand strategy across their offline communications.
