Start's design refresh of uSwitch is highly commended in 2006 NMA Effectiveness Awards for Consumer Products and Services
 
uSwitch is an online service that compares the prices of gas and electricity suppliers and financial service providers. It also enables users to switch to the best deal online. Start increased the impact of the uSwitch offering by redesigning key pages to make them simpler and more approachable. We also introduced a clear 'step indicator' into the online switching process to make it easier to use. The result is a site which is now scalable enough to support the growth of the business.
