Start created Royal Mail's most extensive online advertising campaign ever for its flagship Special Delivery service and raised awareness by 74%.
 
Special Delivery is Royal Mail's guaranteed next-day postal service. We conceived, wrote, designed and implemented the campaign and reinforced it with a redesign of the Special Delivery website. Campaign elements included rich media banners, adtab, screen take-overs and a one-shot e-mail. Our site redesign simplified the information architecture to draw attention to the new online booking feature and included two click-through interactive elements - a cost comparison tool and pinball prize draw game.
 
Online sales targets were exceeded by 98% even though this was only a secondary objective.
