The campaign is brought to life digitally by Start's revolutionary online Jukebox Banner where you can literally hear music now. The eventual plan is to stream full, unpublished tracks.
The main thrust of the campaign is online, where more than 60 different executions of banner ads drive trial, enabling audiences to get an instant Virgin Digital 'music experience'.
The digital jukebox is built in Flash and allows for streaming mp3 files through standard ad serving. The banners had a requirement for easy updates to the tracks/titles as well as the ability to stream different music to different sites within the placements. XML was used in order to create web page interfaces for the management of the data/music by different clients.
