Start anchored the essence of the BBC in a written narrative. We then rolled this out across an external brand microsite which provides an online toolkit of assets and guidelines for design and marketing professionals using the organisation's brand.
The BBC's public service broadcasting ethos is well known throughout the nation and its remit to inform, educate and entertain is internationally renowned. Working within the BBC guidelines and using the brand values of creativity, quality and integrity, our copy team aimed to capture the multi-faceted aspects of the organisation and reflect how people interact with and perceive the brand. We encapsulated all this in a flexible key thought - 'For every stage of life'.
Our digital media team carried this theme throughout the microsite, using Flash animation and illustrations, and also applied it across the set of online communication tools.
