Creating customer literature that makes a high-impact connection
Start designed a huge range of print pieces to help launch Virgin Media into cable homes across the country. We developed a strong visual language from the brand strategy of handing the power of technology over to the people and made full use of Virgin’s existing assets — especially, the colour red.
We created a transparent red filter to reinforce the notion of Virgin as the interface between the audience and their entertainment. Photography focuses on people shot in high-definition with lots of light. Information design is simple, allowing the products to be the heroes. Messaging is honest and direct.
Key pieces include a ‘Bible’ to set the tone for the rest of the communications as well as welcome packs, user guides and packaging.
