Bringing multiple websites together into one brand vision
When Virgin Media launched across the country, Start established an integrated brand framework for the streamlining and redesign of over a dozen separate websites. The brand strategy of giving people control over technology was demonstrated throughout with flexible design and direct messaging.
We set the creative direction for one online Virgin Media portal cohesive enough to deliver brand content, product sales, and customer communications. We also developed a Virgin Broadband sign-up CD with installation, security and help features and created a simple and linear interface for the Virgin TV electronic programme guide.
